Make to Order Policy

1 What "Made to Order" Means

Made-to-order pieces are created after your order is confirmed — meaning your diamond is sourced, set, and finished specifically for you rather than pulled from existing inventory.

This allows us to offer customization on carat weight, cut, setting, and design details.

2 Order Confirmation & Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm a made-to-order request and begin production.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to dispatch.
• Full pricing, including diamond specifications, will be shared and confirmed with you before production begins.

3 Production Timeline

• Made-to-order pieces typically take 3–6 weeks to complete, depending on design complexity and diamond availability.
• Our team will provide an estimated timeline at the time of order confirmation and keep you updated on progress.

4 Customization Details

When placing a made-to-order request, you'll be able to specify:

• Carat weight and diamond cut.
• Metal type and setting style.
• Ring size or piece dimensions.
• Engraving, where applicable.

5 Cancellations & Changes

• Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or significantly altered, as diamonds and materials have already been sourced and set. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

6 Quality Assurance

Every made-to-order piece undergoes a full quality and certification check before dispatch, ensuring it meets Veyra's standards for craftsmanship and diamond authenticity.
