Exchange Policy

1 Exchange Windows

• Within 7 Days: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for another Veyra piece of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
• Within 15 Days: For added flexibility, exchanges are also accepted within 15 days of delivery — with no deductions from the original purchase value.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

• Be unworn and in their original, unaltered condition.
• Include all original packaging, certification documents, and invoices.
• Not be custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized pieces. Please refer to our Make to Order Policy for details.
• Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

3 How to Request an Exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 370 7779999 with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. Alternatively, call our helpline at +92 41 111 786 999 or email us at care@veyra.com.
3. Our team will verify your order and guide you through the pickup/drop-off process.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we'll confirm your exchange and process your new selection.

4 Value Difference

• If the new piece is of equal value, no additional payment is required.
• If the new piece is of higher value, you'll only need to pay the difference.
• If the new piece is of lower value, please contact our support team to discuss available options.

5 Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to a quality inspection upon return to confirm the item meets our eligibility requirements.
• Certified diamonds will be re-verified against original certification documents as part of this process.
• Veyra reserves the right to decline an exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
